To complete your application, please provide the following:

• Government-issued ID

• Proof of income

• Pet photo (if applicable)

• Proof of legal status in Canada (if applicable)

• Proof of savings (if not currently employed or new to Canada)

• Screenshot of your security deposit payment

All prospective tenants aged 18 and over must complete and sign the application. If using Adobe, the form will automatically be sent to each applicant in sequence once the previous person signs.

Our team will review your application to ensure all sections are complete, including employment details, landlord references, and previous addresses.

Yes. All applicants over 18 must complete a credit check. If you're unable to pull your own credit, our Leasing Coordinator can assist you.

Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an acceptance email. After you confirm acceptance via email, our team will finalize the approval and secure your unit.
